1. Information Collection and Use
DriveReady does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. The App does not require user registration and does not request personal information.
- No accounts / sign-in
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising services
- No in-app purchases or subscriptions
- No external data sharing
2. Local Data Storage
The App stores data locally on your device only using a local database. This may include:
- practice progress and answer history
- exam simulator attempts and scores
- questions answered incorrectly and their spaced-repetition review schedule
- study statistics, such as accuracy, answered questions and daily streak
- selected themes, reminder settings and other preferences
This information never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.
3. Deleting Your Data
You are in full control of the data stored by the App:
- Use Settings → Reset statistics to erase progress, statistics, exam attempts and the review schedule.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
Because no copy of this data exists outside your device, deleted data cannot be recovered by us or by you.
4. Local Reminders
The App can show local study reminders at a time you choose. These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.
- No remote or push notification service is used
- No device token or identifier is generated or transmitted
- Reminders can be turned off at any time in the App settings or in your device system settings
5. Third-Party Services
DriveReady does not use third-party services that collect user data, including:
- Analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
- Authentication services
- Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob)
- Crash reporting services
- External APIs or cloud sync
The App is distributed as a paid application. Payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or process your payment details.
6. Links to External Resources
The App contains links that open outside the App, for example the official text of the traffic regulations, this Privacy Policy, the store page for rating the App, and an email link for contacting us. Opening such a link hands control to your browser, email client or app store, which are governed by their own privacy policies. If you choose to email us, your message and email address are visible to us for the purpose of replying to you.
7. Data Security
Because data is stored locally, its security depends on your device and its operating system settings. DriveReady does not access or retrieve your local data.
8. Children’s Privacy
DriveReady does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be adjusted.
