1. Information Collection and Use
Drive Ready does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address or other personal information. Your study data stays on your device (see section 2).
- No accounts / sign-in
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising services
- No cloud sync of your study data
The only data that leaves your device is related to subscriptions and purchases, described in section 5.
2. Local Data Storage
The App stores study data locally on your device only using a local database. This may include:
- practice progress and answer history
- exam simulator attempts and scores
- questions answered incorrectly and their spaced-repetition review schedule
- study statistics, such as accuracy, answered questions and daily streak
- selected themes, reminder settings and other preferences
This information never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.
3. Deleting Your Data
You are in full control of the data stored by the App:
- Use Settings → Reset statistics to erase progress, statistics, exam attempts and the review schedule.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
- Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Because no copy of your study data exists outside your device, deleted data cannot be recovered by us or by you. Your purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored with Restore Purchases in the App.
4. Local Reminders
The App can show local study reminders at a time you choose. These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.
- No remote or push notification service is used
- No device token or identifier is generated or transmitted for reminders
- If you start a free trial, the App may schedule a local reminder before the trial ends
- Reminders can be turned off at any time in the App settings or in your device system settings
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App is free to download. Some features are available through an optional PRO subscription or a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or process your payment details.
To manage subscriptions, the App uses RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy), a subscription management service. When you open the App, make a purchase or restore purchases, RevenueCat processes:
- a random anonymous identifier generated by the App (not linked to your name, email or Apple / Google account)
- purchase and subscription history (product, purchase and expiration dates, trial status)
- technical information needed to process the request, such as platform, operating system version, App version, store country and IP address
This data is used only to provide access to the features you paid for and to restore purchases. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
If you bought the App when it was a paid application, this is detected on your device and your access remains available without a subscription.
6. Other Third-Party Services
Apart from RevenueCat, the App does not use third-party services that collect user data, including:
- Analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
- Authentication services
- Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob)
- Crash reporting services
To check whether a newer version is available, the App sends a request containing only its identifier to Apple’s public App Store lookup service (iOS) or uses Google Play In-App Updates (Android). No personal data is included.
7. Links to External Resources
The App contains links that open outside the App, for example the official text of the traffic regulations, this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, subscription management in your App Store or Google Play account, the store page for rating the App, and an email link for contacting us. Opening such a link hands control to your browser, email client or app store, which are governed by their own privacy policies. If you choose to email us, your message and email address are visible to us for the purpose of replying to you.
8. Data Security
Study data is stored locally, so its security depends on your device and its operating system settings. Drive Ready does not access or retrieve your local data. Subscription data is transmitted to RevenueCat over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Drive Ready does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be adjusted.
